How do you, or your team, know what you need to get done? Chances are by an eclectic mix of Slack messages, spreadsheets, paper notes to yourself, and stuff lying around in your brain. This might work… sort of… until you realise it hasn’t 💣.

This workshop introduces a way to bring calmness and clarity to your personal day-to-day work, and shared understanding to your organisation’s plans, all using common workflow management tools. You have more options than full-on software engineering “solutions” like JIRA!

Discover ways of visualising how you work; where you are, where you want to be, and how you’ll get there; and improving situational awareness in your organisation, through the power of visualising WIP (work in progress) – or at the least, writing down the stuff you’ve said you’ll do.

Workshop brought to you by John Field, Engineering Manager at LibLynx. He’s a technical leader and veteran engineer with over two decades of experience in software engineering, leadership, and related roles, including modern organisational practices.
