We’re looking for a social impact organisation to make space4 their long-term home

SPACE4 is a cooperative workspace on Fonthill Road, just two minutes from Finsbury Park Station. In partnership with Islington Council, we offer affordable coworking, meeting, and events facilities for local communities, social movements, and cooperatives.

We’re now looking for an organisation (or two) doing meaningful work in Islington or London to join our community by renting our main space. We’d love to build a long-term partnership rooted in shared values, collaboration, and skill-sharing.

The Facts

The Space: 613 square feet + access to the rest of our workspace

Your hire includes the main space as well as:

• All bills + strong WIFI
• Registered business address
• Zoom pods
• Meeting rooms
• Kitchen and lobby
• Unlimited tea and coffee
• Our friendly and supportive community – read the stories

The room is highly adaptable and can be set up however suits your day-to-day work. It does, however, need to be easy to reconfigure for other activities when required.

Availability: Monday to Thursday

The space is available Monday to Thursday during office hours for your private usage. We will agree your hours when we create the contract. Outside of that we like to leave it available for a range of other activities including:

• Fridays: Our weekly Job Club
• Occasional conferences and meetings
• Evenings/weekends: ad-hoc events

We’re keen to collaborate with the right organisation to ensure the space meets your needs as well as those of our wider community. Part-time hire is welcome.

Price: £1500+VAT

This can be shared between multiple organisations. If you only need the space part-time, we’re happy to discuss a reduced rate.
